The Dutch Solar Energy R&D Seminar

The Joint Solar Panel develops initiatives to stimulate the long-term research on advanced photovoltaic conversion devices.

The Dutch Solar Energy R&D Seminar is intended for all persons in The Netherlands that are professionally involved in solar cell research and development. The aim of the Solar Energy R&D Seminar is to promote exchange of knowledge and cross-fertilization between the various R&D paths and to stimulate cooperation in the area of research and development of all types of solar cells.

The seminar is organised every year by ECN, Shell, FOM and SenterNovem and is sponsored by FOM and SenterNovem.
The topics of the program cover the whole field of solar cell research in the Netherlands.

The Dutch Solar Energy R&D Seminar took place on Tuesday 13 October 2009 at MediaPlaza, Jaarbeurs Utrecht.

Parallel event ‘PV-Solar in practice’ of SenterNovem

Alongside the Dutch Solar Energy R&D Seminar, SenterNovem organized the event ‘PV-Solar in practice’. Both events started and finished with a plenary presentation. At the event ‘PV-Solar in practice’ people could learn more about the market developments of solar energy, integration of solar energy systems into buildings, exchange of practical experiences and funding possibilities for solar energy systems. Furthermore, several workshops took place. You can find the proceedings of 'PV-Solar in practice' on www.senternovem.nl/eos.
